Project Overview

This Highland Park estate featured beautiful clay brick exterior walls that had become heavily stained with decades of dirt, algae growth, and mineral deposits. The homeowner had tried consumer-grade cleaners without success. RCC Masonry performed a professional hot-water pressure washing using contractor-grade detergents specifically formulated for clay brick — strong enough to remove deep staining without damaging the brick face or mortar joints. We pre-wet all surfaces, applied the cleaning solution with low-pressure spray, allowed proper dwell time, and rinsed with controlled high-pressure water. After the brick dried for 48 hours, we applied two coats of penetrating siloxane sealer to protect against future moisture absorption and staining. The transformation was dramatic — the homeowner said their house looked brand new.
