Basement Wall Crack Injection

Project Overview

This Fox Lake home experienced recurring basement flooding through a diagonal crack in the poured concrete foundation wall. The crack extended from the window well corner to the footing — a common stress fracture pattern caused by soil settlement. RCC Masonry performed a professional epoxy crack injection, first cleaning and prepping the crack, then injecting structural epoxy under pressure from the interior to fully seal the fissure from wall face to soil side. We also installed an exterior drainage membrane along the affected section to redirect groundwater away from the repair. The homeowner has reported a completely dry basement through two full rainy seasons since our repair — a result we guarantee with our workmanship warranty.
