What Your Estimate Should Include
A professional estimate should clearly list: demolition and removal of old concrete, excavation depth, sub-base material and thickness, concrete thickness and PSI rating, reinforcement method, finish type, control joint layout, cleanup and disposal, timeline, payment schedule, and warranty terms.
